Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 22, 2026

This is the privacy policy for thefluencyformula.com. It explains what we collect, why, where it is stored, and how you can ask us to remove it. We keep it plain on purpose. If something is unclear, email us.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect through this website is the email address you submit through the newsletter form. We do not run third-party ad pixels, session recording tools, or behavioral analytics on this site.

We do use Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no cross-site tracking) to understand page traffic in aggregate. No personally identifiable data is attached to those measurements.

Where it is stored

Email addresses are stored in our Resend account. Resend is our email service provider and processes data on our behalf. They are a US-based company; their privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Vercel hosts this site and may log IP addresses and request metadata for security and infrastructure purposes. Vercel's privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not store your email anywhere else. We do not maintain a separate database for this site.

What we use it for

We use your email to send you the Fluency Formula newsletter. That is the only thing. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email with any third party. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Email hey@thefluencyformula.com from the address you signed up with and we will remove you within 7 days.

If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you similar rights. We honor all of them. Contact us with the subject "Data request" and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. Vercel may set minimal technical cookies for security and performance purposes. These are not used to track you across other websites.

Children

Fluency Formula is intended for adult learners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted their email through this site, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Changes

We will update this page if the policy changes. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced through the newsletter.
