These terms govern your use of thefluencyformula.com (the "Site") and Fluency Formula programs. By using the Site or enrolling in any program, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Scope of services

Fluency Formula provides language learning education through this Site, a community platform (Skool), and associated digital content. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Fluency Formula.

Account responsibilities

If you create an account on any platform connected to Fluency Formula (including the FF app at app.thefluencyformula.com or our Skool community), you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Newsletter

When you submit your email through the newsletter form, you are asking to receive emails from Fluency Formula. We will send you newsletters and updates about the program. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Payment

Fluency Formula Pro is a paid program. By enrolling you agree to the price stated at the time of purchase. All amounts are in USD unless stated otherwise. We use Stripe to process payments; their terms apply to the transaction itself.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including writing, images, course material, and brand identity, is owned by Fluency Formula unless otherwise noted. You may share links to public pages freely. You may not republish full articles, reproduce course material, or copy the design of this Site without written permission.

Third-party links

The Site links to services we operate and to external platforms including YouTube, X, and Instagram. Those services have their own terms and policies, which we do not control.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided as-is. We make no warranties about the accuracy of any information here. Language learning advice on this Site is educational, not professional instruction. Your results depend on your effort, starting level, and consistency.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fluency Formula will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in it. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Material changes will be announced through the newsletter.

Refund policy

Fluency Formula Pro comes with a 90-day "do the work" guarantee.

If you complete the program's core work over 90 days and decide it wasn't right for you, apply for a full refund. Every refund request is reviewed case-by-case. We can see whether the work was done on our end, and we approve refunds for members who genuinely engaged with the program and found it wasn't a fit.

The reason for this structure is simple: it protects the program against people gaming the guarantee, and it protects members who genuinely tried the program and decided it wasn't for them. Both matter.
